Hi all - I hope someone can help me with a soldering problem.
I have been doing stained glass for over 25 years and recently my soldering lines have become dull as they cool. When they are still hot they are bright and shiny but as they cool they become dull. I am using 60/40 solder and the same iron I have had for years. I have tried to adjust the heat and have brushed the iron tip on the "silica block" to now avail. Any ideas. Thanks in advance.
