midwestguy, I am having hubby build me a glass storage unit that will sit on the floor of my hobby room. Will have a thick baseboard of an appropriate size to hold glass sheets with wooden dowel rods, two in each row, with several rows. There will be a styrofoam sheet on top of the wooden base as a glass protectant. Not sure if this helps or not, hope it does.
