that happened to me, too, once. And then after I replaced the second piece (and I'd rewashed and everything) I found a third cracked pane. I cried.
I went ahead and redid the entire panel; better to err on the side of too much work for a better looking panel. and thankfully, nothing else broke and it looks fantastic.
