Okay, now this is making sense. The bottles are only connected by the fattest part and the necks are just adorned by the soldered foil. So, is it better to add glass to the neck so that it is not an outside edge? As I mentioned before the bottom is an outside edge and does not separate from the glass. The top is not an outside edge because I add a piece with a hole in it that the socket and tubular threaded piece jam up against for hanging.
